Loan Review and Training focuses on providing assistance with the lending institution’s internal loan review program. Our loan reviews are designed to provide:

- An evaluation of adherence to the institution’s loan policies and procedures as well as sound lending standards
- An evaluation of compliance with applicable lending regulations and laws
- A verification of perfected liens and evaluation of supporting legal documentation
- An analysis of financial statements supporting the loan
- A validation of the lending institution’s repayment and collateral risk rating system
- An outside, objective review performed by seasoned, experienced lenders and loan reviewers
- A final report that reflects a commitment to excellence
