Following 35 years of lending and other experience, Richard Gallagher, PhD founded AgComm Loan Review and Training, LLC dba Loan Review and Training.   The company, founded in September 2012, is a Texas based consulting firm specializing in agricultural/commercial loan reviews and lender training.

The company is committed to providing high quality loan reviews performed by seasoned lenders and loan reviewers.  The company mission places the importance of quality over speed and is committed to getting it done “right”.
